What 10 things can I do now to have a better life?

  1. Get 7 to 8 hours of beauty sleep, every day!
2. Read a book and dedicate reading at least 10 pages every day!
3. Wake up at 5 am every day and that too without the alarm clock! & don’t forget to stretch your arms after waking up!
4. Deactivate/delete your Instagram, Facebook or any social media accounts, gift yourself a peaceful life!
5. Distance yourself from mobile phones & all electronic devices at least an hour before you go to sleep! & never keep your mobile phones in the vicinity of your bedroom, or anywhere you sleep.
6. Never skip your breakfasts & veggies! & follow this saying-
“Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and eat dinner like a beggar.”
7. Make your parents your 1st priority, spend time with them or talk to them for at least 1 hour every day!
8. Start saving money!
9. Play an instrument, take time to pursue any of your hobbies for at least an hour every day!
10. Watch TED talks every day instead of watching TV & useless videos on Youtube!
11. Minimum of 10 minutes of physical activity daily!
12. Meditate for 30 minutes daily!

Many years ago, I interviewed someone from a company called John Crane, which supplies equipment to the oil and gas sector.
